Guests liked the location of the hotel for two reasons. Firstly, the proximity of the interstate meant that travel throughout the region was relatively uncomplicated. There were no busy streets to negotiate between the hotel and the highway. Secondly, guests reported that there were a number of great restaurants to try out nearby.

The majority of guests commenting on the breakfast felt that it offered sufficient variety to enable them to have a breakfast that set them up for the day ahead.

It was very hard indeed to find an unkind word written about the hotel’s staff. On the contrary, guests praised them for offering a warm welcome and having the sort of friendly and professional attitude that made them easy to approach when they had a question of concern.

Guests found that the convenient location close to the interstate did not come without a price. Those in rooms facing that way reported that the sound of cars and trucks passing by could easily be heard in their room. Light sleepers could try asking for a room facing the other way.

Despite being very close to the interstate off ramp, guests mentioned that the hotel is nonetheless difficult to find, since it is hidden behind larger buildings and signage was not very prominent. It may be a good idea to trust your GPS on this one.

A number of guests reported being disrupted by other inconsiderate guests, especially children’s school or sports teams. They felt that the hotel staff should have been more active in keeping these groups under control.
