positive:
A quiet night in Greensboro...
Many guests report a quiet night, noting the beds are located a good distance from the hallways thanks to the spacious room layout, and the hotel is located in a rural area, with little traffic noise. Many are also happy to describe the beds as very comfortable, too.
positive:
Very friendly and personable staff...
The front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen staff have all received numerous positive reviews for their friendly and accommodating customer service. Many (though of course not all!) enjoy the variety of food at breakfast buffet, too, and the evening socials are also widely considered a plus.
positive:
Relax poolside...
The patio area with barbeque grills is widely considered a relaxing spot, and kids of all ages enjoy the large, well maintained swimming pool in the courtyard. When it's closed for the season, swimmers can head to the indoor pool at the hotel's nearby partner, Embassy Suites, to take a dip.

Fraying around the edges...
Travellers generally agree that though the housekeeping and maintenance team seem to be doing their best with upkeep, the guest rooms are ready for renovation, due to dated decor as well as noticeable wear in the furniture and fixtures.
negative:
Unhealthy habits...
The hotel offers smoking rooms, a real irritation for non-smoking guests. Health-conscious travellers have also been annoyed by the limited equipment available in the fitness facility.
negative:
Some rooms are bugged...
Guests have reported annoying insects (ants, silverfish, and the like) in guest rooms and common areas. Some have been disappointed by inconsistent housekeeping, too.
