One of the very first things guests mentioned in their reviews was that their room was simply spotless when they checked in. They felt that the housekeeping staff had done a terrific job, and were also on top of the situation when it came to daily cleaning.

Guests really enjoyed being so close to the interstate. They found that it made travel to Memphis and other places in the region very easy. They had no busy city street to negotiate before being on the highway and speeding off to their destination.

Guests felt that the room rates for this hotel were actually very reasonable, and certainly lower than other similar hotels in the area.

This was a very common complaint. Guests said simply that the breakfast did not have enough variety on offer to generate any excitement. Those who were staying for some time were especially likely to get bored with it.

Since the hotel isn’t 100% non-smoking, and it seems smokers can occupy any room, many guests complained of a smell of stale smoke in their room, and smoke in general in the hallways and other public parts of the building.

A surprising number of guests mentioned that, though there were a few vending machines on the property, they were typically empty, broken or possibly both, foiling their plans to grab a quick snack or drink on their way up to their room.
