Spacious, tastefully decorated rooms...
Guests describe the rooms as very clean, spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with modern furnishings and beautiful artwork. They are also well equipped with everything a business (or leisure) traveller might need, including a fridge, ironing board, and decent free Wi-Fi. Some of the rooms open onto a patio, while others offer a nice view of the peaceful neighbourhood.

A warm welcome to Moscow...
The staff consistently receive positive reviews for their friendly, professional customer service. The reception personnel are very fluent in English (as are the bar staff), and are often described as very helpful. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and nicely presented, with a mix of European and Asian dishes. The dinner menu gets good reviews, too.
positive:
A quiet location, not too far from the centre...
Tourists and business travellers both appreciate the quiet neighbourhood, close to a beautiful monastery and a 15-minute walk from the Moscow River embankment. There are two supermarkets in walking distance, and the Proletarskaya metro station is about five-minutes on foot, and offers an easy commute to the Kremlin and many other sights.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Be a good neighbour...
A few guests have reported poor interior sound insulation, possibly due to unusually noisy neighbours (slamming doors, loud conversation in the hallways).
negative:
Pricey drinks...
Some guests find the drinks in the bar a bit overpriced, while others are annoyed by the security deposit required to access the minibar.
negative:
Nobody's perfect...
Though reviews of the staff are largely very good, guests occasionally report an indifferent or even unfriendly attitude at the front desk.
