An incredible number of guests reported that they found the beds to be very comfortable indeed, in some cases even more comfortable than their bed at home. Since there really were no complaints to speak of, it seems reasonable to conclude that the hotel has managed to select a mattress with truly broad appeal.

Guests liked the location for two reasons. Firstly, the proximity to the interstate made it very convenient when traveling around the region. Secondly, many guests mentioned that they could find a decent variety of restaurants and shops nearby, even within walking distance.

Guests were pretty satisfied with the breakfast, saying that it provided a decent variety of foods that covered all the bases and was a bit better than they were used to in this category of hotel.

There were far too many complaints from guests who had run-inns with the staff for comfort. The main problem seemed to be that guests felt the staff members were being rude, dismissive or typically both, and did not display the sort of attitude required in the hospitality profession.

A number of guests reported experiencing noise problems. The sources of the noise were both internal and external. Internally, guests complained about both groups and individuals making too much noise in the hallways, which they could hear in their rooms. Externally, the proximity to the interstate meant that guests facing that way could hear the sound of cars and trucks passing by.

A number of guests staying at very busy times reported that they often had difficulty finding an empty parking bay when returning to the hotel from their travels.
