Negative Reviews

The place needs to be refreshed
Although it has a charming sense of the past, Historic Streetcar Inn really could still use a fairly substantial refurbishment. Some parts of the building are feeling very tired and in need of a revamp. The wallpaper is peeling, the carpets are worn and stained, some of the beds are lumpy and the furniture is past its best. You might come across the occasional spider web or cockroach as well.

Internet issues
The Internet connection here is quite poor. It can be hard to get online and, once you do manage to log on, you may find the service to be constantly dropping out or very slow.

Car drivers beware
There is no on-site car park at this property and street parking in New Orleans is notoriously difficult. You might spend quite some time trying to find a spot near to the hotel.
