Negative Reviews
negative:
Some room complaints
The rooms appear rather outdated with some appliances like the TV, the heater or the air-conditioner not always working. Moreover, guests noted that a lot of repairs that had been done were very superficial such as the floors or the paint in the bathroom. A few guests also didn't appreciate finding dirty sheets and trash in their rooms.
negative:
Staff hit or miss.
Several guests noted that their interaction with the staff was less than pleasant, as some of the front-desk staff had a bit of an attitude and was argumentative as well as slow during the check-in process. When complaints were brought to management's attention, some guests reported an equally uncaring demeanor. Valet service was stated to be on the slower side with wait times of 30 to 45 minutes occurring frequently, and guests also noted that there seemed to be an expectation of receiving a tip.
negative:
No soundproofing
Guests reported that the rooms offer almost no soundproofing, as you will be able to hear others' conversations and activities in their rooms and the hallways.
