Hotel Hilton Kansas City Country Club Plaza (Kansas City, USA)

Guests said the hotel's location right next to the Country Club Plaza was hard to beat, putting them in a very nice part of Kansas City within easy walking distance of restaurants, nightlife and shopping.

The staff at Sheraton Suites Country Club Plaza was generally found to offer attentive and friendly service, but sometimes a few hiccups like slow check-ins and a few missed requests were also reported from time to time.

Suites were said to be quiet, with comfortable beds and plenty of space, while the hotel was said to have reasonably good restaurant fare for those who want to dine in.

Some Sheraton Suites Country Club Plaza guests were not happy about having to pay for parking, and while guests were a few times not able to find a spot in the hotel park, free parking is reportedly available across from the hotel.

The hotel was considered by many to be in need of renovation, appearing dated, with carpets not looking or smelling the best, peeling paint, and worn furniture. However, it seems it is being renovated at the end of 2015, so this should be addressed.

A small number of those who stayed reported issues with room cleaning, particularly with guests reporting their rooms as not being serviced, or having mold in bathrooms.
