The overwhelming majority of guests had only good things to say about the staff at the hotel. They were said to be incredibly friendly, with many guests going on to say they were at their best when helping guests out with a question or concern.

A number of guests pointed out that the hotel provides tea coffee and delicious cookies free of charge every afternoon. Guests really appreciated this small gesture since it saved them the hassle of having to arrange these for themselves.

Guests said very clearly that their rooms were exceptionally clean on check in. They felt that housekeeping had done a terrific job getting the room ready and continued on by keeping it in tip top shape during the course of their stay.

Guests mentioned that the mattress firmness was adjustable, but that making these adjustments was not an intuitive process, and many had difficulty actually making use of it. This sometimes resulted in a poor night’s sleep.

It was mentioned that the breakfast hours were a bit restrictive, with both early risers and those who wanted to sleep in disappointed that they could not enjoy the breakfast without disrupting their day.

Guests traveling in some of the cooler months were unhappy that the outdoor pool was not heated. They felt that if it had been that they would have been able to take a quick dip when the weather was unseasonably warm.
