Guests stated that they enjoyed relaxing in the indoor heated pool and the hot tub and working out in the small but adequate gym. The hotel also hosts a business center and a 24-hour Pavilion Pantry where you can get snacks and drinks. Guests also mentioned the fact that free parking is available in the garage next to hotel and snacks and lemon water provided free of charge in the lobby were another crowd-pleaser.

The hotel boasts a large breakfast buffet, which includes all the basic items like fresh fruit, cereal and pastries, but guests especially enjoyed the French toast, omelets and made-to-order eggs.

Most guests were quite pleased with the rooms, since they offered helpful amenities like the Keurig coffee machine and large walk-in showers.

According to guests, the hotel is situated in an area that isn't ideal for travelers, since it is near the major highways and doesn't have a direct connection to the restaurants and shops on the other side of the street. Getting around by bus is also a bit tricky, as the nearest stop is a bit away and you'll basically be on a lengthy trip on your way coming back. A few guests also pointed out not feeling too safe at night and recommended getting a taxi when returning late in the evening.

Some guests reported that the front-desk staff isn't too helpful and is a bit abrupt when processing check-ins or answering questions.

The rooms don't seem to offer a lot of soundproofing, as guests mentioned hearing others talk and watch TV as well as the traffic noise coming in through the windows.
