Hotel Hilton Garden Inn San Diego/Rancho Bernardo (San Diego, USA)

The staff at the front desk and those at the bar come in for some high praise from guests of this hotel. They say that they couldn't do enough for the guests and that you'll have no trouble overcoming any problems you might have during your stay.

If you are driving then this is the ideal base for visiting the area. There is a covered free car park, and the local sights are all within easy reach. Perfect for day trips to Legoland, the zoo, and even Seaworld.

The in-room amenities are said to be superb at this hotel and include a fridge, desk, and even a microwave. There's also a Keurig coffee pot that is a nice touch. The gym and pool are also well maintained and great for burning off a few calories.

This hotel is by the highway so you may find that it can get a little bit noisy on one side of the hotel. There is also some complaints about the noise on the car park side of the hotel and that the walls are a bit thin between rooms.

If you are planning to use the hotel internet for getting some work done then it's probably best that you make use of the business center. The Wi-Fi signal is said to be extremely slow with many guests stating that they couldn't even connect at times.

The restaurant doesn't seem to be very popular at this hotel as many guests have complained about slow service and average food. It's not an ideal situation as you'd expect a decent meal at a Hilton hotel but unfortunately you won't get it here.
