The people that work here from the front desk right through to the cleaning staff are incredibly polite and always greet you with a smile. They do their jobs with a minimum of fuss, and no request is too big or small.
You won’t find a better place for shopping in the area. You are right by the Crossroads Plaza, and then there’s the Grand Asia Market just a little further away. You’ll find plenty of places to eat too within the Plaza. In fact, so many that you’ll feel spoilt for choice at mealtimes.
Some people like a firm mattress but many of the guests at this hotel aren’t too pushed on the beds here. They say that no matter how much you adjust them, they are still too hard and as such they couldn’t sleep properly.
