The Pillows Are Not Firm Enough
This usually was not an issue that made it so guests could not sleep well, but there were occasional comments that the pillows on the beds were not firm enough to give good support through the night. Instead of supporting the head and neck, they sank down too deeply.

You may find that the soundproofing here is poor. That was at least the opinion expressed by many guests. Furthermore, they clarified that this issue extended to the walls that connected each room, as well as the material between floors.
