The staff at this hotel are professional and friendly in equal measure. They provide excellent service and are especially helpful to you if it's your first time coming to Milan. It seems that nothing is too much trouble for these lovely people.

This hotel has been recently renovated, and many guests are very impressed not only by the lobby but by the rooms too. They are very elegant and modern, and although it's not in the city centre, you'll still feel that it's a bargain to stay here.

It's not one of the amenities that hotel guests are too concerned with, but when the lifts are as slow as they are at this hotel, then you begin to take note. They are so slow that some guests would rather take the stairs than wait.

There is a metro station right by the hotel, but that doesn't change the fact that it is still very far from the city centre. This is a bit of a problem if you like popping back to the hotel during the day for a break now and then.

The most important meal of the day isn't really treated as such at this hotel. They have an okay selection of items, but they're not prepared very well so you may find that you're eating something that's not quite fresh.
