Uncomfortable beds
The vast majority of guests were not satisfied with the quality of the beds. There were a number of complaints, but the two most common ones were that the mattresses were too old and sagged in the middle, or that they were exceptionally and uncomfortable.

A very large number of guests were disappointed with the hotel’s pool area. The main complaint was that there was no hot tub onsite, despite this being advertised in the hotel’s marketing materials. Some also complained that the pool was both too cold to really enjoy and also a bit too small.

Guests were not impressed with the breakfast arrangements at the hotel. They were not happy that they had to pay for it, since they felt most hotels in this category offered a simple complimentary continental breakfast. Even after paying, they were dissatisfied with the meal and thought it would have made more sense to just go to IHOP.
