This hotel is very easy to find especially when it is located close to a major interstate and there is a free shuttle that picks up guests at the airport. Many attractions, such as the convention center, restaurants, shops, parks and museums are located nearby.

Staff Seem Disconnected and Confused
Staff members at this hotel are not eager to go out of their way to help guests. They forget to do tasks that were requested in advance, they don't do anything beyond what they absolutely have to and they simply don't seem like they want to be there. Guests also reported that staff are unapologetic when things go wrong, are rude when complaints are made, they are slow to rectify issues and they don't deliver on their promises.

The small rooms are not clean nor made up properly after previous guests and they feature uncomfortable beds. Guests also reported that there's a strange smell in the rooms, the air conditioning doesn't work properly, the carpet is stained, there are broken appliances and the showers have very little water pressure.
