The staff at this hotel offer such a high level of service that you could easily believe that you are actually in a five-star hotel. They are extremely professional and are more than willing to help out no matter what the problem is.

The housekeeping staff at this hotel are on top of their game, and there are many comments from the guests about just how clean the hotel is. From the lobby up to the rooms, everything is in spotless condition.

The rooms are in great condition at this place and quite a few guests have noted that the beds are very comfortable. This is a surprise for some who have stayed at other Hilton Garden Inns and didn't find their beds that comfortable.

When some guests of this hotel arrived, they were shocked to find that they needed to pay for their breakfast. They feel that their room rate is high enough to include a complimentary breakfast of some sort.

This hotel is modern and nicely decorated, but some guests have found that in certain parts of the hotel the décor has become a bit dated. They would like to see the pool area and the rooms updated a little to mirror the modern feeling of the lobby.

The prices at the bar and the restaurant are quite high with some guests feeling that even a can of soda is massively overpriced. This could be expected of a five-star hotel but not a three-star hotel in a business district.
