Many guests enjoyed the convenient location close to the highway and a short drive from the airport. It is a good business location for people who need to be on the south side of the city. It is also close to the shopping centers and various eateries.

The breakfast buffet was found to be a good morning choice and with a lot of variety. There were plenty of options such as yogurt, fresh fruit and eggs. The fee was well worth the breakfast meal. The breakfast staff was found to be nice people as well.

The staff members were found to be friendly and professional by many guests. They felt reception was efficient and checked guests in and they would help with guest requests. The restaurant staff were nice and enjoyed their job, they were genuine people.

Guests felt the hotel was a showing its age and that certain décor aspects needed to be replaced. The linens, sheets and furnishings needed to be replaced according to guests. The mattresses were uncomfortable and curtains needed replacement.

The beds were thought to be uncomfortable by guests who stayed here. They found the mattresses hard and lumpy which was disappointing for the brand of the hotel. The mattresses were not up to guest standards.

Guests felt the housekeeping could do a better job of cleaning the rooms. They did not like the perfume spray and the lack of thorough cleaning. They also felt housekeeping was too noisy in the morning.
