The staff at this hotel go out of their way to make sure that all of the guests are enjoying their stay. From extra pillows to information on the local area, nothing is too much trouble for them. You'll feel right at home at this hotel.

The housekeeping staff at the hotel have a great work ethic and as such the hotel is in spotless condition. From the lobby right up to the rooms, you won't find anything out of place at this super clean hotel.

The rooms are very nicely decorated and have more than enough space for a couple to feel comfortable. It is a surprise for some guests as they didn't expect such a spacious room for the rate that they had paid.

The beds at the hotel are adjustable, but a few guests have noted that it can be difficult to get the settings just right. They are often either too hard or too soft. This may not trouble some guests but if you have a hard time sleeping it may be an issue.

The breakfast at the hotel is quite tasty but overpriced, and a lot of guests feel that it should be included in the overall room package. It's not an ideal situation to have to pay for breakfast at an expensive hotel.

The bar is a lovely place to relax in the evening, but there are some guests that feel that the drink prices are far too expensive. Drinks are never cheap in a hotel bar, but they are particularly hard on the wallet in this place.
