The staff at this hotel know a thing or two about customer service and do their very best to make sure that you are having a great time. No matter what your problem is, they will help in any way that they can.

This hotel is set a little way back from the busy street so you can enjoy a peaceful time without having to leave the city. You're still next to all the restaurants and bars, and everything of note is within short driving distance.

The rooms here are well taken care of each day, and you'll be hard pressed to find anything out of place. There are a few minor issues with in-room facilities such as remote controls not working very well but nothing that cannot be fixed with a call to reception.

The internet connection in the rooms isn't very strong and quite frustrating. There is a premium service that you can pay for, but some guests feel that the free service is so poor just to get you to pay for the premium option.

There are many guests that feel that a free breakfast should be offered considering how much you pay for your room. Even a simple continental would help guests feel more valued.

The rooms are nice and the hotel itself is well-appointed, but there are those that feel that you are only really paying for the Hilton name. They fail to see any difference between this hotel and other cheaper three-star establishments.
