Guests were very impressed by the attitude of the staff members. Specifically, they said the employees were consistently polite and willing to go out of their way to accommodate. Because of these characteristics, many guests said they felt treated especially well and would not hesitate to return.

A Shuttle Can Take You Downtown
Although a few guests said they would have liked to be closer to downtown, most were content enough to use the complimentary shuttle service offered by the hotel. It'll take you to three of Charleston's streets that have lots of things to do, so you're not likely to get bored.
