Positive Reviews
positive:
Nice amenities
This hotel provides a lot of nice amenities that standards chains don't. There are fireplaces in many suites, which is great for those cold winter months in Green Bay. The complete kitchen and dining spaces makes for convenience instead of having to always search for meals, plus the pool and hot tub makes for relaxing evenings.
positive:
Spacious and functional units
The units, even the smaller studios, are very spacious with plenty of room for multiple guests. There are several rooms with space to spread out and the areas are functional with spots to work and relax. The property is clean and well-maintained and provides a reasonable rate.
positive:
That personal touch
The staff is very helpful and works hard, even accommodating special requests and needs. They respond to concerns and complaints with personal attention.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Riding the waves
At this hotel, you'll be riding the waves-the airwaves, that is. The WiFi signal is inconsistent and strength will vary throughout the day, peaking and crashing. You will have to log on multiple times, which might not work for those who need the service for business needs.
negative:
Seen better days
This hotel is older and the electrical appliances have seen better days. They are older and run more loudly and less efficiently. The units have older furniture and dated decor, making the entire property feel tired.
negative:
Not so pet friendly
While the hotel is advertised as pet "friendly", that adjective might not best describe the service. The hotel should claim to be pet "accessible", instead. There is a daily rate to keep pets on the property which is incredibly expensive. These rates are not necessarily advertised and not really discussed prior to check in.
