Positive Reviews
positive:
Beautiful location situated along vineyards
Your vacation starts as soon as you arrive at Harvest Inn, and see the where the rooms are located upon. There are five different garden areas that have accommodations, and each one has a distinctive yet equally beautiful ambience. It's a wonderful way to be right at the vineyards.
positive:
Spacious cozy bedrooms with lovely amenities
The rooms are cozy, spacious and laid out in a comfortable manner. The complimentary bottled water and half a bottle of wine are nice touches, and the views from the rooms are peaceful and breathtaking.
positive:
Nice staff are always happy and available
Staff always greet you with a smile and are constantly in jolly moods. It's easy to get a hold of someone and the response time for all questions is very quick. They're remembered and appreciated for their sharp attention.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Accommodations are worn out and need updating
Beds should be softer, and provide a greater sleep than they do. The rooms aren't bad, yet they're not the richly decorated, fresh, and vibrant accommodations expected. Essentially, it's a decent place to stay, just not everything that justifies the pricing and the decision to choose this place over others.
negative:
Thin walls mean that you hear noise from next door
Walls are so thin that you hear people above and next to you. Footsteps, doors, media, conversations, and seemingly all movements can be overheard. Try to keep volumes down, and have ear plugs handy for this stay.
negative:
Breakfast is insufficient, and menus aren't great
The restaurant and bar offerings aren't as delicious and worthy of the pricing as the marketing and hype suggest. You may not care about the free breakfast, since there's not always enough to go around, the dining area is cramped, and the selections aren't that tasty or filling.
