The staff at the hotel are mentioned time and time again by guests who have stayed here. They are said to be very friendly and accommodating making sure that each individual guest has what they need for a pleasant stay.

Two comments that consistently popped up in reviews about this hotel was the outstanding breakfast bar which had an amazing variety of food that was both tasty and fresh and the outdoor pool which many guests say was very clean and great for an afternoon swim to relax.

If guests could have gotten away with strapping the beds from the hotel onto their roof racks and driving off it seems they would have. The super comfortable beds and pillows were so well received with many wanting to take their sleep experience with them.

Housekeeping had a little habit of waking-up guests in the morning to start their daily routine of cleaning the hotel. Guests who were disturbed on their vacation sleep-in were less than impressed by being woken so early and they left less than positive comments about their experience.

Some guests who needed to change their reservation or amend the details of their vacation did not have great time working with reception to make their changes.  Trouble began for these guests who had booked through a third party and not directly with the hotel which proved a hassel to change.

Some previous guests who stayed at the hotel left a remarks in reviews about foul smelling odors that they encountered in their rooms, with some saying that there was a distinct musty smell coming from the soft furnishings which was less than pleasant.
