The complimentary breakfast is delicious and offers something for everyone to really set you up for a great start to your day with a choice of a cooked option featuring biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs and all the traditional fare or you could have a continental option with cereals, pastries, fresh fruit and waffles. Tea, coffee and fruit juices are also offered.

Members of staff are very friendly and welcoming and will always go out of their way to satisfy your needs and accommodate any requests that you may have in order to ensure that you have a thoroughly enjoyable and pleasurable stay here with the staff on the front desk in particular singled out for their amazing customer service.

It's easy to relax here
In addition to the excellent customer service the facilities offered here make it the perfect place to relax and unwind with a pool, a hot tub and sauna very inviting after a long day of business or traveling and all are kept well-maintained by staff.

Unpleasant smells in rooms
Some guests have reported that there is a really unpleasant smell in some rooms, particularly in the bathroom and the rooms need to be aired and the ventilation problem needs to be addressed.

Rooms are surrounded by noise
It is possible to hear noise coming from guests in adjacent rooms where televisions can be heard and even other guests talking and in addition the footsteps from people walking above and from people walking up and down the hallway seem to reverberate around the room.

In the bathroom and the shower cubicle there is mold on the walls and ceilings according to reports from previous guests who felt this to be a health hazard.
