Beyond accommodating customer service
For many guests who have visited Hampton Inn & Suites Newark-Harrison-Riverwalk, the reason they keep coming back is the impeccable customer orientated service they have received. There have even been times where visitors who have particular dietary requirements, were served a specially made dish to suit their needs.

If you do not feel the need to drive around during your vacation, then you will be just fine. The hotel is just off the highway, the shuttle bus will take care of your transport needs within the city, and there are many visitors who feel that it's so much more convenient than driving.

If you need breakfast in a hurry, that's exactly what you will get. The grab and go breakfast is, according to guests, so convenient especially if you are staying on business. For those that are not in such a rush, you can sit and relax, and enjoy the variety on offer.

Could be noisy
For those that have been booked up on the higher levels of the Hampton Inn & Suites Newark-Harrison-Riverwalk, there can be a little noise from the passing trains. If this is an issue, the friendly reception staff will assist in changing rooms.

There have been one or two guests who have commented that, at times, the Wi-Fi signal does become a bit weak, and you have to reconnect a few times. Nonetheless this is not a frequent occurrence, it is usually quite reliable.

Short wait for shuttle
If you are a typical New-Yorker then it is understandable that you don't want to be left waiting for anything longer than a couple of minutes. The shuttle does transport guests from the hotel to Penn Station all day, so your wait at Penn Station could be just longer than five minutes.
