Having opened in 2016, this hotel still looks and feels brand new. Guests find the rooms and suites are in excellent shape. The accommodation is clean and comfortable with a good selection of high-quality amenities. Guests have particularly enjoyed the balconies and typically describe the Wi-Fi as reliable.

Previous guests have consistently found the breakfast served at this Napa hotel to be of a high standard, appreciating both the quality and choice of items available on the buffet. Plus, the breakfast area is found to be clean and well organised.

The location of this hotel has generally proved fairly popular with guests. The biggest plus point is perhaps the proximity of the various vineyards and tours, although guests have also appreciated the easy access to the highway as well as the shopping and dining options in the area.

Guests generally find the rooms here are clean upon arrival but there do appear to be some issues with the on-going housekeeping service. Occasionally, guests have reported that the bathrooms haven’t been cleaned to the standard they expected. Plus, housekeeping seems to occur late in the day.

Any other issues reported at this hotel are fairly minor and are likely down to teething problems at a new property more than anything else. Reported issues have included the Wi-Fi being down and less than efficient air-conditioning units.
