Positive Reviews
positive:
Well-equipped rooms
Guest rooms at the hotel are well-equipped, with comfortable beds and quality linen and bedding, excellent air conditioning, and modern amenities. With plenty of space and a quiet locale, most find the rooms add to the relaxed nature of their stays.
positive:
Friendly, yet efficient, staff
Staff are friendly, yet efficient, professional but always eager to help, warm and welcoming. Many guests comment that they seem happy to be at work and go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay.
positive:
Free hot breakfasts
Breakfast is free and both quality and choice is excellent. You can also enjoy complimentary hot drinks in the lobby throughout the day and, if you time it right, first pick from a selection of cookies.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Restricted Wi-Fi
Guests have stated that the Wi-Fi at the hotel is unreliable and can be very slow. The service is free and, while most appreciate that limits have to be set, the three-devices-per-room rule currently in place can prove restrictive for families with older children.
negative:
No dining options on-site
There are, unfortunately, no dining options for guests on-site and most alternative spots are a drive away. It is with bearing in mind, however, that the hotel does operate a shuttle service until mid-evening- so the option is there to journey out for free and find alternative transport home.
negative:
Shabby carpets
Many guests avoiding looking at the carpet if you choose to stay; fraying at the edges and with unsightly stains, they have certainly seen better days. The hotel was only formed in 2010, but most are in agreement that the carpets should be replaced.
