Everyone working at this hotel does an excellent job of looking after you and making your stay as pleasurable as possible. If you find a problem with your room a member of staff will make sure it’s fixed without any fuss.

If you like a flutter you’ll be pleased to know that there’s a casino nearby to this hotel. What’s even better is the shuttle bus that takes you back and forth from the hotel to the casino, and it won’t cost you a cent!

Housekeeping are not doing a thorough enough job in the rooms and communal areas at this hotel, with dirt and dust accumulating in corners. It’s not unheard of to spot an insect or two here either.

If you can, request a room that doesn’t face out onto the freeway. These freeway-facing rooms can get quite noisy with the din of traffic, so you have been warned. It’s a good idea to pack some earplugs just in case you do get lumbered with one of these rooms.

Some renovation is sorely needed at Hampton Inn & Suites Highland to bring it back to its former glory. Faulty toilets and loose shower handles all contribute to the fact that this hotel is not being properly maintained.
