If you’re driving on a long road trip, Hampton Inn & Suites Folsom provides a welcome place to stay over for a night and get some comfortable down time. It’s right next to U.S. Route 50 and close to a cinema and mall.

You’ll start experiencing the five star customer service here as soon as you walk through the door. All the members of staff are professional and extremely good at their jobs, so you’ll enjoy a relaxing stay with everything taken care of.

This place is in great condition, and housekeeping does such an excellent job of keeping it looking spick and span. All the rooms are spotless and communal areas are kept clean and tidy too.

The morning meal served here is a bit hit or miss, with some days it being satisfactory and other days it being plain bad. If you’re unlucky you’ll be offered powdered eggs and fruit that could be a lot fresher.

Now this is a problem if you are particular about how you like the temperature in your room. There is no individual temperature control in the rooms, the air conditioning is set centrally by the staff. You’ll have to complain to reception if you want your room warmer or cooler.

Hampton Inn & Suites Folsom does not have great soundproofing, so noisy guests shouting in the hallways or their rooms can often be heard in your room. The main road outside can also get busy with traffic, adding to the disturbing din even more.
