Minutes away from the beach
The hotel boasts an inland location around ten minutes' drive away from the beach at Isle of Palms where you can soak up the sun on the golden sands and enjoy the wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean. Closer to the hotel you will find Mount Pleasant Town Centre where there are a number of different shops, bars, restaurants and also a cinema, furthermore there is a Taco Bell right next door to the hotel.

Guests have heaped praise on many members of staff for their helpful and caring attitude with some being mentioned by name for always giving that little bit extra to ensure that you feel welcomed and that you are treated to the famous Southern hospitality.

The lobby area is nicely decorated and creates a good first impression on guests who immediately feel warmly welcomed which is then coupled with amazing service at the front desk.

No early check-in facility
Previous guests have found that they were unable to check-in early and that rooms are not normally ready to be occupied until 4pm which is quite late in the day and leaves them sitting around waiting and unable to do anything.

Housekeeping service is disappointing
You would expect the housekeeping service to work in the morning and late afternoon, but according to reports from guests rooms are sometimes not serviced until late afternoon when guests are more likely to be there and even then they do not replenish items like toilet paper or coffee.Carpets are old and dirty.
