A clean room is a good room and this was the theme across a number of reviews left by previous guests who stayed at the hotel.  Reviewers gave praise via their comments for the consistency of cleaning of their rooms daily and the spotless looking common areas.

When you are woken up in the middle of the night because the walls are so thin that you can hear parties or screaming children in the room next room, it is likely that you will not leave positive comments for the hotel.
