A number of previous guests to the hotel mentioned that they thought that it represented good value for money the compared to other hotels in similar price points in the immediate area.

It seems that the pool areas was a hit with guests with many commenting that it was a great place to relax and unwind after a long days sight seeing in the area. Parents travelling with children also commented that the pool area kept them entertained.

The staff at the hotel seemed to be very friendly and professional, going out of their way to ensure that their guests had a comfortable stay and all of their needs were attended to and this was reflected in their reviews.

Some guests signaled their concern in comments about the lack of maintenance that caused some services such as the air-conditioning units to break down and not work during their stay. Some guests also thought that better care and attention could be paid to cleaning of the rooms.
