Hotel Hampton Inn Portland-Airport (South Portland, USA)

Conveniently located near Portland International Airport and across from the Maine State Mall, guests loved the excellent location of the hotel which is close to everything. Many restaurants, shopping area, bars and museums are located within close proximity of the hotel.

The staff at Hampton Inn Portland-Airport South is very friendly with the guests and creates a very warm and welcoming environment. Housekeeping and front desk staff is quite a favorite amongst the guests and goes out of their way to help guests.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained with clean furnishings and great facilities. With conveniences like microwave, refrigerator, tea/coffee and free Wi-Fi in the room, guests loved the facilities provided by the hotel. The guests felt that the hotel overall as well is quite clean and comfortable with good facilities for travelers.

There is no restaurant or bar at the hotel which left the guests disappointed and they found the hotel to be a bit expensive without such basic amenities. However, with so many eating options located near the hotel it is not much of an issue.

Some guests have mentioned that the rooms at Hampton Inn Portland-Airport South look a bit dated and old. Too small beds, tired décor, discolored bathroom wall covers, dingy tub & tiles are some of the issues mentioned by the guests.

Guests complained that the Internet connectivity in the rooms was quite slow and inconsistent and business travelers did not particularly like this.
