This hotel provides much more than a bed for the night, breakfast is often included in the room rate and there is a supply of coffee and cookies in the lobby area, both of which are also complimentary.

The beds are super comfortable and the guestrooms have everything you need for a good night’s sleep. The property is tastefully decorated throughout. There is plenty of on-site parking available therefore it feels hassle free to pull up, check-in and get straight to your room. The hotel is situated off the main road therefore limited road noise can be heard and the rooms feel very quiet.

Staff are very friendly and demonstrate excellent customer service. They are professional and efficient, yet approachable. Check in runs smoothly, housekeeping work tirelessly to keep the property clean and the breakfast staff ensure that all food choices are well-stocked.

Other hotel brands include a fridge in the room as standard and therefore some guests have assumed there will be one in each guestroom. This is not the case at this property.

One of the main complaints is the air-conditioning units in the rooms, they can be quite noisy yet don’t seem to blow much cold air out.

The complimentary Wi-Fi is quite slow and can be difficult to stay connected to. Ethernet cables may be available, either in the rooms already or on request from reception.
