Guest reviewers were happy with the location of the hotel, with many visitors having Broadway tickets commenting, that the 6- minute walk to theaters was especially easy. Times Square, a visitor favorite is also a short 10-minute walk away.

The complimentary breakfast was a favorite with guests. Be sure to get there early, a number of guest reviewers noted that it is so popular that is very crowded at 7:00 am.

The free internet and all day coffee in the Lobby were particularly appreciated by past visitors to the hotel. Ice machines on floors also provided extra amenity for guests.

Some guests to this hotel did not have a pleasant experience with the concierge staff and other staff at the hotel. A number of previous visitors commented that they felt that the staff were particularly inexperienced to deal with the more complex customer service requests.

A number of visitors to the hotel have commented that, for the number of rooms and then corresponding occupancy, that there were not enough elevators to ferry guests quickly. Some guests provided further comment that the elevators where particularly slow, which was a little frustrating.

Some guests commented that they could hear the tiniest noise from their neighbors and that this disrupted their stay. Some guests also made mention of the lack of communal areas in the hotel for undertaking meetings or informal chats.
