Guests found the facilities at Hampton Inn Ithaca to be of excellent quality; the swimming pool is large, clean and well-maintained, as far the fitness facilities. The lobby area is clean, stylishly furnished and similarly well-looked after and guests can enjoy the use of modern amenities such as free high-speed Wi-Fi which is accessible in all areas of the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Ithaca and is a short distance from the majority of Ithaca attractions which guests will be able to access by foot with relative ease. There is also a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants for guests to enjoy and cultural places of interest such as Cornell University are within two miles of the hotel's location.

The staff are very attentive and accommodating, as well as being friendly and engaging, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make guests feel comfortable and well-looked after from the moment they arrive. They are happy to provide tours/tickets assistance and respond to any queries regarding the Ithaca area or the hotel itself.

The hotel is situated near a busy main road and guests staying in rooms that faced this road found that it was a rather noisy experience. Guests would recommend that, if it's possible, it would be advisable to request a room that faces the other side of the hotel.

A number of guests found that the rooms were somewhat cramped and they would have preferred more spacious accommodation however, many guests asserted that the rooms are very comfortable despite the size.

The hotel's parking facilities are limited and guests found that there was not enough space to accommodate all guests' vehicles.
