Whether it was the front desk personnel or breakfast servers, the hotel’s staff members were a highlight for many previous guests. The service provided was typically summed up as incredibly friendly, warm and helpful overall.

Breakfast, according to the general feedback of past visitors, is seen as one of the best aspects about staying at the accommodation. Complimentary with all stays, the hot breakfast buffet has been described as tasty and diverse with plenty of choice to suit all tastes.

With its position off Interstate 80 and close to dining choices and stores, the location of the hotel was commonly popular with former guests.  Points of interest such as the University of Iowa and downtown Iowa City are a short drive from the accommodation.

With the exception of select accommodations, most rooms at the hotel reportedly fail to include amenities such as a refrigerator and microwave. This was understandably an issue for those that come to expect such facilities included as standard.

Based on the general sentiments of former guests that stayed at the accommodation, the free Wi-Fi was not at the best standard. It has been said on occasion that the Wi-Fi was somewhat slow and can apparently prove to be unreliable.
