Hotel Hampton Inn Houston Hobby Airport (Houston, USA)

The staff at this Hampton got rave reviews from previous guests who witnessed some amazing customer service.  The staff here will go above and beyond their duties to handle any crisis no matter how big or small to make sure guests have a comfy stay.

The Hampton Inns' famous hot breakfast did the trick for those who stayed here. The waffles were a particular favorite and many mentioned that the breakfast was simply outstanding; with coffee on tap to make sure they had the fuel to start their day.

The hotel is close to the airport making it easy to jump on a flight home or to another destination. It is also just as easy to jump on one of the nearby highways to continue your journey and because of this access many customers commented that they would stay again.

Smelly and stained carpets got a fair few mentions in reviews by previous guests; as did the stains on the mattresses and other soft furnishings.  Guests who stayed here left less than positive comments about the hotel saying that they did not feel that it was up to the standard of a normal Hampton Inn.

The shuttle service to the airport and the immediate vicinity of the hotel did not get many compliments. Guests had trouble calling the shuttle to arrange a lift and some had the unfortunate experience of it not turning up at all making them stressed that they would miss their flight.

In this day and age if the Wi-Fi is slow you can bet that the hotel will gather negative reviews until the speed increases.  The slow speed of the Wi-Fi was an issue for guests who stayed at the hotel and who rely on it for business or to stay connected to family and friends.
