It feels like staff really go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. They are friendly and approachable yet professional and efficient. The housekeeping staff do a really good job and the whole hotel is sparkling clean, from the public areas to the individual guestrooms.

Located just over a mile away from Northhampton center where there are a variety of shops and restaurants the hotel is situated close to the interstate and is easy to find, however there is very little road noise from it. For guests who like to exercise regularly there is also an on-site fitness center.

Breakfast is often included in the room rate and therefore gives great value for money. You can choose from a selection of hot and cold items and the staff keep everything well-stocked. Throughout the day you can also get hot drinks and iced water from the main public area and on an evening there are delicious cookies available too.

There isn’t a hot tub at the property and in addition no microwave or fridge in the guestrooms.

The rates do tend to fluctuate quite a lot, so for some dates is may seem like good value for money, but if there is an event on in the area they put their prices up quite high.

There are various colleges in the area and around graduation time the area can get very busy and congested. If you are flexible with your dates you may wish to avoid these times of the year.
