Guests state that this hotel is located in a convenient area of Greenfield. It is close to the Indy 500 racetrack, as well as many shops, gas stations, restaurants and bars. It is close to major transit links and there are many attractions that are less than an hour away from the hotel.

Guests state that this hotel has good soundproofing as guests did not hear much noise coming in off the highway. They also did not hear other guests talking through the walls or any noise from the hallways. A nice and quiet hotel.

Guests state that this hotel offers a great breakfast service full of choices and warm items. There is something for everyone to enjoy, from bagels and eggs to fresh fruit and sausages. There is also a coffee and tea service available.

Guests state that the front desk staff and check in process is frustrating. They did not feel as though the staff cared about their arrival and felt unwelcome. They found this as a disappointing start to their stay at this hotel. Front desk staff wasn't always available at the front desk by phone or in person.
