Staff are very welcoming and very friendly and they will always go out of their way to be helpful and to ensure that you have an enjoyable and pleasurable stay here. Additionally they have excellent knowledge of the local area and they are more than happy to give advice on what there is to see and do in the area and give recommendations on where to eat out.

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location just a 25-minute bus ride away from New York with the bus stop across the road from the hotel and running at regular intervals throughout the day and in addition previous guests were impressed with the fact that room rates are lower than downtown New York yet you are still close enough to enjoy everything that this bustling city has to offer.

A shuttle service is offered by the hotel which will take you to wherever you need to go in the surrounding area such as restaurants, the train station or MetLife Stadium which is the home of the New York Giants and the New York Jets.

Despite the majority of reviews praising the breakfast there are a handful who were not impressed with the quality of the food and felt it to be too cold for a cooked breakfast with the eggs in particular a disappointment to some.

The temperature in rooms can get too hot with the air conditioning ineffective and windows also having to be open which also lead to noise from traffic.

The walls must be paper thin as it is possible to hear noise from guests in other rooms and also when guests are walking up and down the hallways.
