Those who stayed at Hampton Inn Austin Northwest-Arboretum thought the staff provided exceptional service; proving to be accommodating, responsive and professional, and giving a warm welcome not just at reception, but across the entire hotel experience. In addition, the rooms are said to be comfortable and clean, providing very good value for the stay.

Guests said plenty of shopping possibilities could be found nearby, in places such as the Arboretum Mall and The Domain, not to mention lots of dining associated with these complexes. The freeway is also very close by and the attractions of downtown Austin are easily accessible with a short drive.

If you decided to take advantage of the complimentary buffet breakfast on offer here, you will find plenty on offer, from hot dishes to plenty of continental fare. While not everyone was a fan of the coffee, again, it was free, so not too many people were complaining.
