It's well positioned
This hotel is in a great location. It is just a short drive to the beach and close to plenty of other attractions, as well as places to eat and to shop.

Things to keep yourself entertained
If you feel like spending some time chilling at the hotel then the pool and hot tub are good places to relax. They are clean and pleasant. If you are hanging out in your room, then you can occupy yourself by spending some time online. The internet connection is pretty decent and you should be able to surf the net without much interruption.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Noises from above
The sound insulation at Hampton Falls Inn isn't amazing. The floors seem to be quite creaky and if the people in the room above you are walking around, you will likely hear it.

An update would be good
Some areas of this building could do with a revamp. The guestrooms and bathrooms feel quite dated and some of the carpets seem to be particularly old. There is occasionally something of a musty smell about the place. Also, various amenities are broken, like a few of the door latches, safes and phones.
negative:
No morning meal
Breakfast isn't served at this hotel, so if you want something to eat in the morning you will have to head out.
