The hotel is centrally located and close to different amenities. There are quite a number of quality restaurants and bars in the area. It's also a few minutes stroll to the Journal square Path Station. Guests interested in the nightlife will be pleased to find a vibrant and very diverse entertainment scene.

The staff are very warm and proficient. The reception staff are particularly considerate and handle the checking-in and checking-out process efficiently and swiftly. The hotel's personnel are ready and willing to help you with any complaints you might have.

The kitchens are well equipped, spacious and contain all the various appliances you might need to use during your stay here such as a kettle, a microwave and a fridge. The design is modern and you are able to manoeuvre around easily.

A number of guests were inconvenienced by the lack of enough parking spots. Some also complained about the high fees they pay for parking and that there was no enough room to manoeuvre in the spaces allocated. Parking your car at times was quite a challenge.

A good majority of guests found the breakfast menu to be subpar. Those on special diets did not feel adequately catered to. Some were of the opinion that the food's quality was inferior and the choice was not as varied as was expected.

A few guests complained that noise from outside the apartments and also from the corridors gets very easily into the rooms. Disruptive revellers can get quite noisy at times and guests next to the street especially have complained about the lack of sleep especially in the wee hours.
