The positive reviews were from guests who admired the newly redesigned shower area and bathroom. The shower area offers rain shower and hand shower for guests. It is modern and well-designed so guests enjoyed using the bathroom facility.

Due to the staff's overall attitude and good communication skills, previous guests were able to have pleasant experience. They were polite and extremely helpful the whole time. Furthermore, they try to assist the guests with all their needs and issues faced upon check-in while being friendly and accommodating all throughout.

Most guests were satisfied with the overall quality of the breakfast buffet. There was a wide selection of quality Western food, which was perfect even for kids. Moreover, there were plenty of choices such as breads, pastries, yoghurts, cereals, hams, cheeses, juices, and coffee.

As a result of the limited space provided for parking, most guests had difficulty finding the right spot. The hotel provided an underground parking space which was quite tight and limited especially for large vehicles. It posed as a great challenge for guests especially when there was no alternative provided.

Due to the hotel's distant location, which is far from major establishments, guests had difficulty roaming within the area and visiting famous tourists' destinations by foot. For tourists, the property is quite far from Lyon centre and the airport.

Most guests were disappointed with the poor performance of the Wi-Fi within the hotel. Guests were disconnected constantly and the bandwidth was not sufficient to the Internet browsing needs of the guests. The signal was even non-existent especially on higher rooms or floors.
