The hotel location is nearby the largest mall in Quebec City. There are a few restaurants you can walk to as well. Downtown is easy to get to by taking the bus and there’s also a Starbucks next door.

The design of the hotel is more boutique style, which makes it very unique. It’s very clean and roomy, and the bed linens are fresh and crisp. The bathroom is modern and the overall design has splashes of colours here and there to bring the décor alive.

The staff are pet friendly. You really feel comfortable bringing your four-legged friend with you and they do their best to accommodate you and your pet so that you both can enjoy your stay.

There should be more security at the hotel, it’s too easily accessible. In fact, the inside doors of the facility are not locked, which makes you feel somewhat uneasy even though the hotel area is not really bad.

If you are looking forward to using the hotel spa, you will have to walk around the corner. The spa is not located inside the hotel building. In addition, there is no on-site fitness centre either.

Be sure to check your bill and be ready to be shocked at the added amounts. There are various taxes that you’ve probably never heard of that will be charged to your bill. Just for one night, the taxes are really expensive.
