While most of the past guests complimented the chef, some guests didn't appreciate the food taste and flavours. As per past guests, the food was either undercooked or overcooked in certain instances which wasn't a treat to the taste buds.

Guests at Grupotel Santa Eulària & Spa have not liked the beds at this property. The beds in the guest rooms are too old and saggy and were unable to offer a good night sleep. Moreover, the sun beds near the pool have seen better days and failed to provide the desired comfort.

The guest rooms at this property seem to have a strong sewerage smell which has troubled some of the past guests. The resort's location could be a reason for this smell as otherwise it has found to be clean at all times.
