Complaints about bugs and insects
A number of guests reported seeing crickets inside their rooms, while others complained that they were woken up by cockroaches crawling on their beds. Some of them were so alarmed by the insects they had to call a housekeeper to deal with the issue.
negative:
Rooms have too much light
According to guests, some of the rooms have only cheap, thin blinds on the window that they barely obscure the light coming from outside. The hallways were also too lit that the brightness entered through the space under the doors.
