Hotel Green Valley Spa (St. George, USA)

There is a wide range of leisure facilities on-site including five pools, a spa and indoor tennis courts. Guests said that the pools were never crowded which made swimming more pleasant and those who visited the on-site spa for treatments said that the staff were experienced and knowledgable.

The spa is surrounded by extensive private grounds which have a secret garden where guests can enjoy al- fresco dining or even a few pre-dinner drinks. Many found the location very peaceful and calming and enjoyed sitting out in the garden which was said to be immaculately presented with colourful plants and flowers.

The rooms have been described as spacious and comfortable and guests were pleased to find that they had lots of wardrobe space for all their belongings. Balconies and patios were also greatly appreciated. The suites are equipped with all the mod-cons including microwaves and fridges which made it very easy for guests to prepare their own food.

Those who chose to dine at the restaurant said that the service was rather slow and that there was a limited choice of food on the menu. The breakfasts were also said to be rather unimpressive with very few items to choose from.

Some of the guests objected having to cross the large car park in order to get to the main building and their rooms. The pool is also a bit of a walk away and guests can only access it through the on-site shop.

The dining room decor was said to be rather drab and dated with many guests stating that the facility would benefit from refurbishment and modernization.
